Sailing in heaven
Awaken each day with an energetic yoga session with Jackie, a professional 500hr YA trained yoga teacher, while the sun rises and changes the Aegean Sea into fifty shades of blue. Swim, take a nap in the sun or read, while the professional crew is sailing you along the most beautiful bays of the Turkish coast. Enjoy a blissful massage front deck and indulge in some delicious and healthy Mediterranean dishes, freshly prepared by our chef on board. Dive into crystal clear waters, spot dolphins or go out and explore the coast in a kayak when we moor at a deserted bay. Stroll through picturesque harbor towns and explore one of the many ancient archaeological sites along this interesting coastline. End the day with a relaxing meditation while the sun sets, after which your aperitif will be waiting for you on deck.
An invigorating and soothing week for body and soul.

Our sailing yacht, a real beauty
The Naviga is a beautiful wooden ketch, a real beauty! We ourselves have already sailed nine times with this flagship of the SCIC Sailing company and we know this yacht inside out. You will have your own comfortable private double cabin (some of which have twin beds) with ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. Each cabin is equipped with air conditioning. On deck there are plenty of sun beds and lounge cushions to enjoy the sun and sailing in the most comfortable way. We take our meals together on the back deck at a cozy wooden table, for which the crew always ensures sufficient shade. Inside there is space at the bar and in the salon where, during a cooler evening, you can read or play games.

Yoga
You are welcome to participate in at least one yoga session a day, suitable for all levels, taught by Jackie, a fully licensed yoga instructor who was trained in India (500hr YA). Yoga is not a sport, yoga is a little gift to yourself. You will experience how Hatha and Yin yoga bring your body and mind in balance. And you will soon notice how after each yoga class you will feel better in your skin and more energised. In this beautiful part of the world you can take the sun salutation quite literally: on the front of our private yacht or on the beach you will break the day with a refreshing Hatha yoga session, after which you will be in the right mood for the rest your day. We end the day with a relaxing Yin yoga class, a Yoga Nidra session, or a short meditation.

Massage
A half-hour relaxing massage is included in this trip. Audrey Witteboon is a professionally trained wellness and sports masseuse.  She provides the on-board relaxing sports massage or (on request) remedial massage.

Hidden coves & pristine beaches
We sail as much as possible along small bays and deserted beaches where we look for the best spot for our yoga practice and where we get as little as possible in the fairway of other sailing yachts. In other words, we opt for a trip that is as 'shanti' as possible. You will be surprised how blue the water is along this coast! And how clear! Swimming and snorkeling in this sea is sheer bliss. Chances are that we will spot dolphins while sailing. Every day we sail to one or two different destinations, a hidden bay, a small harbor town or a deserted beach... There is almost always opportunity to disembark and explore this pristine coast, to stroll along the harbor quay or to drink a Turkish coffee and to fraternize with the extremely friendy locals. Normally there is time for one or two special, longer excursions (cycling, walking with a guide, visiting an archaeological site...) on land that are optional and not included in the price. The sailing route remains dependent on the wind and the wishes of the passengers. The captain has the final word in this.

Healthy and delicious food
You will love the freshly prepared on-board cuisine with its local and tasty ingredients! Fortunately, the Turkish cuisine is known for its delicious, varied dishes that fit perfectly within the framework of a healthy Mediterranean and vegetarian diet. The menu includes lots of fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, local dishes such as tzatziki, börek, Greek salads.... Naturally dietary restrictions are taken into account.

Of course wine (red, white, rosé), gin & tonic and beer are available and included in the price!
