We are very excited to announce a very first private all-in Yoga Retreat under the Spanish sun!
You will be staying in a beautiful and authentic Andalusian Finca, a very comfortable venue for our yoga TLC retreat, with a spacious swimming pool, spacious covered terraces, amidst a beautiful evergreen olive grove. Every day you will be offered three yoga sessions (Hatha, Yin, Asthanga, Restorative, Nidra...) and during the yoga week you can join several meditation and Pranayama sessions. We are at walking distance from the picturesque, white-washed olive village of Periana, and there will be opportunities for trips to the coast or inland.
Three meals per day and all non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price. A week to deepen your yoga practice, to recharge your batteries and to enjoy the Andalusian sun and welcoming culture, combined with a touch of India.

Day 1

Arrival and transfer to Finca Don Carmelo at an hour's drive from Málaga airport. Check in. We’ll have lunch together in the cortijo and you will be welcomed by staff and yoga teachers.

Day 2 to 6
Daily schedule:
8h. Morning meditation
8.30. Breakfast
10h Hatha-yoga
2 pm Lunch
16h Yoga (multistyle)
20h Dinner

During the week you can choose from a variety of activities such as pranayama, (silence-) meditation, initiation Ayurveda, workshop healthy cooking, massage, yoga philosophy, excursions, walk to and exploration of the neighbouring village of Periana…

Day 7
Breakfast is provided on the last day and transfer to Málaga Airport
