Travel Don Carmelo presents an 8-day yoga trip to paradise! We stay in a truly magical place on the still virgin peninsula of Samaná. This quaint resort is built on a high limestone rock and looking out over a jungle of palm trees, just five minutes from one of the many pristine palm beaches patented by the Dominican Republic. Every day an invigorating Hatha yoga session in the morning and optionally a yin or or restorative session in the afternoon as well as three delightful, freshly prepared vegetarian meals per day are included in the price. You will be staying in a  beautifully decorated casita where you can completely relax. We practice yoga on a beautiful, covered teak wood deck with magnificent panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. There is an Iyengar wall and a zen cave for silent meditation sessions. In between yoga sessions we make trips to the beach(es) and to the fashionable coastal town of Las Terrenas. In the neighborhood there is the opportunity to go ziplining, whale watching, beach bumming, quatting along the coffee route, drinking rum cocktails in the many beach bars or - why not? -learn how to bodysurf or dance bachata!
