SUN, SEA, YOGA, MASSAGES AND PURE BLISS
Wake up with an energetic yoga flow on deck. Dive into the crystal clear waters that blend into the blue sky at the horizon. Soak up the sun, read that novel you'd been wanting to read forever, enjoy a invigorating Thai massage or a soothing Swedish massage while the professional crew sails you to the most beautiful bays along the Turquoise coast. Savour the delicious dishes from the healthy Mediterranean cuisine, freshly and with love prepared on board by chef Servet. Go out exploring in a kayak when we moor in a deserted bay, explore one of the many ancient archaeological sites along this ancient coast, stroll along a picturesque harbour quay and have a coffee with the locals, or just be lazy or zen on deck, spotting dolphins that we usually meet somewhere on our cruise. End each and every one of these blissful, relaxing days with some yin yoga or a meditation against the incredible backdrop of a Mediterranean sunset. Don't worry, be happy. Your aperitif will be waiting for you on deck!
Our sailing cruise is an invigorating and pampering week for body and soul.

Sailing yacht
The Naviga is a traditional two masted wooden ketch (originally used as a fishing boat); a real beauty! We sailed with this flagship of the shipping company of a good friend of ours for the past seven years and every single voyage was a complete joy. The Naviga contains 8 comfortable double cabins with ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. Each cabin is equipped with air conditioning. On deck there are plenty of sun beds and lounge cushions to enjoy the sun and sailing. We eat together on the aft deck at a big wooden table, and the crew always makes sure there is plenty of shade. Inside there is a bar and a seating area where you can read or play boardgames during a cooler evening.

Yoga
We do two yoga sessions a day, suitable for all levels. Yoga is not a sport, yoga is a way to get your mind and body in balance. It's a small present for yourself. There will be no pressure to comply to anything: we sail in a zen mode. You will notice that after each yoga class you will feel better and healthier. What's more: those of you already doing yoga will feel that this beautiful decor definitely adds to the flavor. At this amazingly beautiful spot of the earth you may take the sun salutation very literally!
We start the day with a refreshing yoga flow led by Inez, after which you are immediately in the right mood to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
In the evening we will end the day with a relaxing hatha or yin yoga session with Jakobien. For those interested an introductory workshop on ayurveda, a cookery class (with the chef) and meditation sessions will be available.

Massage
Two half-hour massages are included during this sailing trip; a Thai massage and a sports (Swedish) massage.
Both Enmanuel Lopez and Alain Grootaers were trained at the Quiromasaje massage school in Torre Del Mar, Spain.

Hidden coves & pristine beaches
We sail as much as possible along small bays and deserted beaches which are great spots for practising yoga. We won't get in the way of other sailing yachts as to make this trip as 'shanti' (peaceful) as possible. You will be surprised how blue the water is along this coast! And how clear! Swimming and snorkeling in this sea is a unique experience. There is also a good chance that we spot dolphins while sailing. Every day we sail to one or two different destinations, a hidden bay, be it a small port town or a deserted beach with ancient ruins… There is almost always opportunity to disembark and explore this pristine coast, to stroll along the port or to drink a coffee and to get to know the locals. Usually there is time for one or two special, longer excursions (cycling, walking with a guide, visiting an archaeological site) on land that are optional and not included in the price.
The sailing route remains dependent on the wind and the wishes of the passengers. The captain has the final word in this. Every morning he will spread out the map of the region and discuss the options -according to the weather- for the sailing route with the guests.

Healthy and delicious food
During the yoga sailing cruise we eat as healthy as possible. But we guarantee that every dish will be a feast to your taste buds. After all, it remains a holiday! Fortunately, Turkish/Greek cuisine is known for its delicious, varied dishes that fit perfectly within the framework of a healthy Mediterranean diet. The menu includes lots of fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, local dishes such as tzatziki, börek, Greek salads, souvlaki, fish - sometimes freshly caught by our chef Servet! Naturally, any vegetarians and vegans and/or other dietary restrictions are taken into account. Interested in a cooking workshop? Our chef Servet will gladly teach you! Of course wine (red, white, rosé), gin & tonic and beer are available and are all included in the price!
